I need to get a better aerobics workout. This disc 1 of carmen electra isnt cutting it anymore lol. Anyways, I've been oookay the last couple of days. Not perfect... but not horrible either.
Monday:
Breakfast (140): Special K
Lunch(470): Qdoba naked taco salad.
Dinner (400): Caesar side salad, half a jr. single. (tasted gross. Good thing I only ate half)
Snack (100): Rice cakes
Total calories:1,110
Today:
Breakfast(0): None cause my milk went sour. I hate it when that happens.
Lunch (570): Oven roasted twister wrap, side of green beans
Dinner(200): Whole wheat pita stuffed with tuna, mixed with relish and mustard, 5 pickle dill slices
Snacks(230): Mandarin oranges and a cowpal string cheese.
Total calories: 1,000 (????)
I totally thought I had gone over 1300 calories today until I just rechecked how many servings were in my can of mandarin oranges. Well.... darnit.
Too late to eat now...
